Refund policy
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at trendboxecom@gmail.com.
Only defective/damaged product will be accepted for return. A product unboxing video is mandatory for return, damage, or missing item requests. This helps us verify and assist you quickly.
Damaged or Defective Items (For orders with kits /multiple kits):
- If you purchase a kit/s in an order and find that any item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/ videos of the damaged product/the packaging and an unboxing video.
- We will refund only the damaged item(s) from the order, not the entire order. Refund will be processed once the claim is verified by our support team. We do not offer product exchanges. The remaining items in your order that are not damaged will be considered accepted and non-returnable.
If the User places the order and due to some reason (unexpected lack of inventory or any other reason), and we are not able to ship the product, the order will be cancelled and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of cancellation for prepaid orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We insist to make a video while unboxing the product so that it acts as a proof for the damaged product received.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
